1. Agreement & Age Verification

By accessing or using the Beta Shredder platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Strictly 18+. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By entering, you affirm that you meet this requirement. The Service contains adult themes of financial domination (findom) and BDSM roleplay.

2. Nature of the Service — Entertainment Only

The Service is an adult entertainment and roleplay experience built around financial-domination themes. All personas, dialogue, and on-site chat are fictional and, where automated, scripted.

The Service is not financial advice, therapy, or a real-world relationship. Any emotional or financial choices you make while using it are your own.

3. Tributes & Refunds

Tributes, sends, and gifts are made through third-party platforms (for example, Throne) or sent to the payment handles listed on the Service.

Voluntary gifts. All tributes are voluntary gifts. You send them willingly and without coercion.
No goods or services. You receive no physical goods, tangible services, equity, or financial return for a tribute. You are paying for an entertainment experience.
Non-refundable. Tributes are intended as final, non-refundable gifts. Initiating a chargeback on a tribute you willingly sent may result in being blocked from the Service.

This does not ask you to give up any right your bank or the law gives you. It simply means tributes are meant as gifts — only send what you intend to give.

4. Acceptable Use

While using the Service, you agree not to:

Create, request, or share anything illegal, non-consensual, or involving minors. Child sexual abuse material is absolutely forbidden and will be reported.
Hack, prompt-inject, scrape, overload, or otherwise disrupt the Service.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or attempt to identify ("dox") the creator or anyone else.
Use the Service if you are not an adult acting of your own free will.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
